Doesn't look like I've posted in a loonnnngggg time. I've been rather busy with a new job, took a college course at DeVry over the summer and now I want to apply for an internship with the FBI. So LOL sorry for the lack of updates on the sarcasms I usually have on hand. I don't have much to say right now as I'm fervently trying to close/open websites. I have like *thinks* a zillion design orders. Don't know how I'm ever going to do them all. But I guess I could try. Hope you all have a nice evening. ;)
Premonition

Premonition was disappointing. Chey and I, and Alex and another kid, went to see it last night and were angry. The movie's twists and turns came together really well, everything fit in perfectly, but the ending left us completely infuriated. The dialogue was soooo slow getting started, sometimes it seemed awkward or abrupt, I don't know, maybe I've become too much of a critic, or was expecting it to be something that it wasn't. I guess I was expecting more of a thriller than it turned out to be. It was nice to see good ol' Mike Novick though. But so I'm totally excited for Vacancy, Disturbia, Perfect Stranger, and Fracture, oh and omg the new Jen Garner movie looks fantabulous. Her movies always are. Excepting of course Dude Where's My Car.... Anna and I have plans for this week and weekend, Lindsay is supposed to fit me into her spring break too. I'm tired but might go watch The Human Stain. I watched The Ice Harvest (puke), The Shape Of Things (double puke), and Great Expectations (not really puking), the other night and was pretty much disappointed. Today my mother and I went to Panera Bread and spent a little over an hour on our laptops, and got some food and coffee. Then went to Best Buy, Micro Center, Half Price Books, and two chinese places. Everywhere in the world was extremely packed because of St. Patty's partying. It was absolute madness. People were parking ten bajillion miles away to make a trek to restaraunts with live bands and such. Any excuse to get drunk. So I will be running along now, more of my artwork was released in Vzones today, which made me extremely happy. I wanted to update Cillian-Murphy.org, since he's Irish and it seemed like today was the most obvious day to update it, and I couldn't think of a thing to update. Blah.
Sold Out -- I'm Stuck!

I've had a crazy weekend I must say. So Lee Ann's phone had been dropped in water and she hadn't been able to return my calls, so on Saturday she was finally able to revive her phone, retrieve my cell number, and call my from her house phone. She wanted to go see Amazing Grace that night so I said sure! I love Ioan Gruffad and Romola Garai -- oo oo and Rufus Sewell from The Illusionist! But so, we go up to Polaris which on a Saturday night wasn't the brightest idea we've ever had, but whatever. So I manage to find a parking spot in the movie theatre's actual lot, and I'm sitting there with the car running, doing some last minute text messages before I go in, and this lady pulls up sort of behind me like she wants to take my spot. So I turn the car off so that it doesn't look like I'm trying to back up, and she sits there for another two minutes, then throws up her hands and drives away like I'm the crazy one. So I get out and go in and have to wait in line for the automatic ticket 'thing' which I never have to do, and I don't see Lee Ann. I know that she's coming with her cousin but I don't have that cell number, so I'm standing there like a total idiot wondering what to do. Then I get my ticket after unsuccessfully looking for 'Amazing Grace' I find it under 'Grace - DLP'. Then I go on in and decide to call Lee Ann's house and ask if I could have the cousin's number, but Lee Ann answers! And I'm like "You haven't left yet!?" She's like "I only live ten minutes away." So I'm jealous because I live like twenty-thirty minutes away. So I pace in the lobby before I decide she can just meet me in the actual theatre. So I go in and the theatre is PACKED, I had to sit in the second row and kill my neck to look up at the screen. But I kept biting my tongue and just saved a seat on either side of me for the girls. So it's getting near 7:15 which is when the movie starts, and still...no Lee Ann. At exactly 7:16 I get a phone call saying "Lauren! We can't get in! It's sold out!" I'm pretty much dropping my jaw at this point, because I keep having like ten people come up and ask me if the chairs with my coat and purse on them are saved, and much to my repeated answers of "Yes, they are." It was turning out that they weren't! So Lee Ann asks "Where are you?" I'm like "I'm in the theatre!" So pretty much that sucked and I had to give up a seat next to me. Then my phone vibrates through the whole movie because I've got missed calls and voicemails, and it was painful. But the movie was SOOO good, so was it worth it? LOL Last night I went to see Music & Lyrics with Mallory. We had a really great time. The movie was different than we expected, but still HILLARIOUS. Then we went to Steak & Shake and had fries and a shake. I adore Mallory oh my goodness. Chey and I are supposed to go see Premonition this Friday, and after that we all know I'm gonna see Sunshine. CILLIAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY
The Number 23....AHAHAHAHA DUH!

ROTFLOL I am laughing so hard I cannot even believe the absurdity of it all. So I'm online talking to Linds, and we're discussing what movie we should see post Thursday of this week. And I'm all "Well The Number 23 comes out this week. But I can't find the release date." So I'm scouring IMDb to try to find some info, but for some reason I can't - because I couldn't find the "Release Dates" link at the time. So I end up at the official site .... tried to go to the French one first but that's another story. So I'm there and I'm trying to enter my zip code to buy tickets - so that I can see what date the tickets would be for - only it's taking me to an error page on MovieFone. So I'm like "Lindsay! I don't know when this daggon movie is coming to theatres!" And I keep looking - I'm clicking random links on the site now, and photos that aren't really links, and I'm getting aggrevated - when I notice, the release date, right next to the menu. And that's when I start laughing, and crying because I'm laughing. It comes out the 23rd! HAHAHAHAHA! Imagine that!

Everyone thinks they're a designer now .... LOL it's getting funnier and funnier. My brother is almost a teenager - it scares me. It's the time of your life when you think Abercrombie, Aeropostale, and Hollister are the cool places to shop. He'll make it through just fine, but you know boys.....smart mouths... And yay Corinne! Thanks! I'm excited for the DVD's. You're so sweet, I dunno why Barley isn't out in the US yet, I need to go live in France. And Sunburn will have been all around the world huh? Australia, France, US, very happy, thanks again! No Ry, I haven't watched it yet - but I want to. I might wait for the DVD's now. A plug to one of my incredible hostees that has a very professional new layout. Drop Dead Designs looks great hun!
